The ability to use alerts and emails is included in the standard Restaurant ManagerTM POS software and has tremendous benefits to management and staff alike. With this functionality, managers can be alerted to situations that need their immediate attention without having servers leaving their stations. As a result, servers can spend more time caring for their customers instead of running around to find a manager when they need approval for a void or other check related issue.
